Sarah, Barack Obama is anti-American?

From the AP:

“Wait a minute, he didn’t know that he had launched his political career in the living room of a domestic terrorist?” Palin asked, referring to the Obama campaign’s claim that he did not know of William Ayers’ radical activities when he was a state senate candidate in 1995.

Addressing a raucous crowd of about 8,000 people, Palin added: “This is about the truthfulness and judgment needed in our next president.”

Indeed, Sarah.

So why, oh why, Sarah is your husband a secessionist?

The Alaskan Independent Party seeks an Alaskan vote on whether Alaska should remain a state. They also seem to be some right-wing US-hating nuts.

So Sarah, you want to talk about patriotism and what it means to be an American? You want to talk about associations with unsavory preachers and anti-American nuts?

Let’s have that talk.

One response to “Sarah, Barack Obama is anti-American?

  1. I’m really surprised she hasn’t been asked about her husband’s secessionist tendencies at any of her press conferences.

Oh, wait….I forgot. She hasn’t fucking had any press conferences.

There should be no coverage of Sarah Palin by any reputable news outlet until she submits to questions from the press. Period. Broadcasting – and reporting on – her stump speeches is enabling propaganda.

Better yet, ask Senator McCain about it tonight. Not only was Todd Palin a member of the Alaskan Independence Party, but Governor Palin addressed their convention in March. Seriously, I’d like to know: how can someone serve as vice-president, much less President, who is sympathetic to a secessionist movement in their own state?
